2Sign online, right after. Your Land Sale Contract and Promissory Note are generated with your name and the terms you picked, and you review and sign them on the thank you page through Dropbox Sign. No printer, no scanner, about two minutes. Not ready? The same link is in your receipt email and you can sign whenever you like.
3We countersign and you are done. The completed contract lands in your inbox. On owner financing your first monthly payment is due in 30 days and we email the payment link before then. On a cash sale we prepare and record your deed as soon as the balance is in.
