John is a well known movie critic in the Dallas Fort Worth area. Jarod and John met in their business fraternity Delta Sigma Pi at Midwestern State University in 2008 and have been friends ever since. John is an incredible marketer and spends countless hours working to show our properties in the best light while being completely transparent about what they really are.

Jannoy “Jay” Williams, Acquisitions Manager
Jay has worked hundreds of land deals and knows all of the ins and outs of the business. He works tirelessly to find and acquire us the best possible properties. He can spend hours talking about the nuances of almost every county in the United States. In his spare time, Jay is a real gear head, and enjoys hot rodding all over his hometown.

Lucas Berard, Marketing and Sales
Lucas has served in two branches of the U.S. military and also brings homesteading experience to the team. He is a jack of all trades for Expand Your Land, and works on everything from marketing strategies to data analysis, web design, media editing, and more. He is currently working on his degree in Computer Science from North Central Texas University.
